30 DAY RETURN POLICY
At KitchenRaku We strive to provide our customers the best experience possible. That is why we offer a 30-day window for customers to request a refund on orders, starting from the date of receipt. Should you need assistance, please email us at customer@shcoatex.com or coatexusa@gmail.com
We will gladly provide a return label if a return has been requested by a KitchenRaku Customer Service Representative. Please note that the KitchenRaku have a non-refundable processing fee of $3.50.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for orders past the 30-day window.
Defects that will be approved for replacement:
- Holes
- Burns
- Warping
The following are not considered as a defect, but are considered normal wear and tear:
- Fraying
- Watermarks
- Folds that are not caused by shipping.
Please provide photos when making defect claims.

WARRANTY
- Warranty covers our induction cooktop mats only
- Valid 12 months from the date of receipt.
- **Photos are Required**
- Valid for up to 1 free replacement.
We sincerely guarantee that our product is specifically designed to fit your stove model. Any modification of the product from its original design will void the warranty.
